The latest Palworld update has caused a problem for players!

With the release of Palworld version 0.2.0.6, developer Pocket Pair announced an unexpected issue: a bug preventing Pal eggs from being placed inside incubators. However, Pocket Pair assured players that they could fix the problem by rebuilding and replacing all the incubators on their bases, expressing apologies for the inconvenience caused by the bug.

The launch of Palworld version 0.2.0.6 also brought the game’s first raid boss, Bellanoir, to the early access title. By using slabs at a Summoning Altar, players can team up with Pals at their base to defeat Bellanoir.
While this new Pal cannot be captured, defeating Bellanoir offers a chance to obtain Pal Eggs. Pocket Pair also mentioned that players could challenge Bellanoir on “Extreme” difficulty for an additional challenge.

Alongside Bellanoir, the 0.2.0.6 update introduced various items such as training manuals and stat-boosting fruits to simplify the process of raising specific Pals. Additionally, more bug fixes addressing various Pals and treasure chests were included.

Although a significant bug slipped through the cracks, Pocket Pair promptly addressed it. Via social media, the developer acknowledged that incubators were not accepting Pal Eggs in version 0.2.0.6, a bug reported by players shortly after the update. This meant that Palworld players were unable to hatch Pal Eggs obtained from defeating Bellanoir. However, Pocket Pair suggested a workaround: rebuilding affected incubators until the bug is fixed. Players interested in rebuilding their incubators can either dismantle the existing ones and use the same crafting materials or gather Stone,
Cloth, and Ancient Civilization Parts to craft new ones. Pocket Pair apologized for any inconvenience caused by the incubator bug.

Despite the incubator issue, some Palworld players reported encountering more severe problems. While players can still obtain and hatch Pal Eggs once the incubators are replaced, others reportedly experienced difficulties opening the game on PC. According to responses on Palworld’s social media post, some users mentioned that the update corrupted their games,
while others reported performance issues with Pals attempting to sleep at a base. Additionally, some Palworld server owners reported that the game failed to load after updating to version 0.2.0.6.
