Peacemaker joins the battle in Injustice 2 mobile!

Exciting news for fans of the popular antihero, Peacemaker – the character is now making his mark in Injustice 2 on mobile, following his announcement for Mortal Kombat 1.

While not as monumental as Peacemaker’s arrival in Mortal Kombat, this addition to Injustice 2 brings joy to enthusiasts who can now embody the charismatic character in another thrilling gaming experience.

Released in 2017, Injustice 2 has been a standout entry in the beloved DC Comics fighting game franchise. Despite NetherRealm Studios being busy with the iconic Mortal Kombat universe, the Injustice series offers an engaging way to embody both DC heroes and villains. The mobile version provides a convenient yet challenging portable fighter, perfect for on-the-go gaming.

Now available to unlock globally, Peacemaker joins the Flawed Justice team alongside movie versions of Black Adam and Hawkman. When deployed together, Peacemaker’s teammates enhance his power. In the midst of a match, Peacemaker accumulates Peace Stacks every five seconds he’s tagged in, granting him and his teammates valuable buffs. This unique ability makes Peacemaker a formidable character in Injustice 2.

Peacemaker’s Abilities:

  • Passives
A Vow of Peace: Creates a shield for teammates when he tags out based on the number of Peace Stacks.
  • No Wrong Time to Rock: Boosts team’s Special damage based on the number of Peace Stacks.
  • Fear the Uniform: Empowers teammates based on the combo meter’s built-up level.

Specials

  • Torpedo: Inflicts damage and disables opponents’ moves.
  • Peace Out: Deals damage, tags out opponent, and drains their power.
  • Fly Eagly, Fly: Inflicts damage and increases opponents’ power cost for Specials.

Supermove

  • Peace Sandwich: Deals high damage and provides Flawed Justice teammates a chance to armor pierce on basic and swipe attacks.

NetherRealm’s strategy of introducing beloved characters into Injustice 2 continues to breathe life into the game. While the prospect of a new Injustice installment may seem distant amid the success of Mortal Kombat, NetherRealm and fans alike rejoice in the addition of live adaptation versions of heroes and villains to both Injustice 2 and Mortal Kombat 1. This approach, especially in the James Gunn era, sets DC apart from Marvel and provides loyalists with ample excitement until the next game arrives.

Peacemaker’s arrival in Injustice 2 mobile adds a fresh dynamic to the gaming experience, offering players the chance to immerse themselves in the captivating world of DC Comics. As fans eagerly anticipate the future of Injustice and the release of Injustice 3, the ongoing infusion of beloved characters ensures that the gaming community remains engaged and enthusiastic about the evolving adventures within the DC universe.
