In a delightful twist following the conclusion of the Hisuian Typhlosion Tera raids, players of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are in for a special treat as they prepare to encounter Eevee in an exclusive limited-time Seven-Star Tera Raid Battle. This unique Eevee, boasting the Normal type, will be available for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet players to face during a single weekend, deviating from the usual two-weekend setup.

Renowned as the Evolution Pokémon, Eevee has been a cherished character since its debut in Pokémon Red and Blue and has remained a staple in every generation of the main series. Serving as the mascot for Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee, Eevee is celebrated for its diverse evolutions, ranging from Vaporeon to Sylveon, making it one of the most beloved Pokémon of all time. The popularity of Eevee and its “Eeveelutions” has inspired various forms of Pokémon fan art, including creative renditions of Eevee transforming into different Eeveelutions, even those it cannot naturally evolve into.

As trainers gear up to face this new Seven-Star Tera raid boss, Eevee the Unrivaled, they’ll have the exciting task of deciding how to approach the battle. The encounter is scheduled to commence on Thursday, November 16, at 7:00 PM Eastern, concluding three days later on Sunday, November 19, at 6:59 PM Eastern. Notably, unlike other Seven-Star Tera Raid battles, Eevee the Unrivaled will not extend to a second weekend in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

This decision is influenced by Eevee Day, observed on November 21 in Japan, and acknowledged in other Pokémon titles like Pokémon Sleep. As the second seven-star Tera raid boss that is not a fully evolved Pokémon, following the Water-Tera Pikachu in February 2023, Eevee the Unrivaled retains its Normal type as its Tera type, and the Mightiest Mark it carries will be preserved upon evolution.

Despite its seemingly delicate stats, Eevee the Unrivaled possesses the hidden ability Anticipation, along with the standard ability Adaptability, amplifying the power of Normal-type moves like Hyper Voice and Tera Blast. While Eevee may appear statistically weak, there’s a chance it could utilize an Eviolite to enhance its defense and special defense. Trainers in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet may find reliable choices in Fighting-type Pokémon like Iron Hands and Annihilape, as well as Ghost-type Pokémon such as Hisuian Zoroark, to effectively deal with this new Tera raid boss.
